Justin received his B.S. in wildlife management from the University of Georgia. He received his M.S. in fisheries from the University of Alaska Fairbanks, where he focused on Chinook salmon in the Yukon and Kuskokwim rivers. He comes to the AK CASC after spending 10 years as a fishery biologist for the Alaska Department of Fish and Game.
